As all our products are custom made just for you, we work with a global team of manufacturers and shipping services to ensure your order is made and delivered to your doorstep in a timely and efficient manner.

Once you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with important details including your order number, order summary, total cost, and chosen shipping address. Please check it be carefully in mail box or spam.

We ship from Wesley Chapel, Florida to destinations within the United States. Shipping fees specified in US Dollar (USD) will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.

After production, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Shipping times vary depending on your location, and shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.

What is Standard Shipping Service we use? (UPS, USPS)

Orders placed using Standard Service will be delivered within 8 – 20 business days from the date you place your order, pending credit authorization and address verification. (Standard Service is not available for orders shipping to U.S. Territories, Military addresses, AK, HI, PR and some rural areas.)

What is United States Postal Service? (USPS)?

Orders placed using USPS will be delivered within 15 business days from the date you place your order, pending credit authorization and address verification. Note: USPS is only available on orders shipping to U.S. Territories, Military addresses and some rural areas. Orders shipping to a PO Box address in AK, HI or PR will also ship USPS.

What is Express Service? (UPS)?

Express Service orders placed before 11am ET Monday – Friday (excluding Holidays) will usually ship the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day (business days are Monday through Friday excluding Holidays). Express Service orders placed on Friday after 11am ET will ship on Monday.

Express Service is only available for orders shipping to a street address in the continental US, AK, HI and PR. Express Service is not available for orders shipping to a PO Box, U.S. Territories, Military addresses and some rural areas.

Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?

We’ll always try to ship an entire order together, but there are times certain items will ship from different fulfillment centers or directly from local stores. This is all based on inventory availability. In the event we need to split your order, you’ll receive an email that will include the expected ship dates and items in each shipment.

Will I be charged for shipping on multiple shipments?

When we divide an order into multiple shipments, you will not be charged an additional shipping fee. In the event there is a shipping charge, it will only apply to the first shipment.

Change address?

Multiple Addresses?

We do not provide the option to ship to multiple addresses within a single order. If you wish to have items delivered to different addresses, kindly create separate orders and contact our support team via email [email protected] for assistance.

Wrong Address?

If an incorrect address is provided during checkout and our product is subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for covering all shipping expenses associated with the re-sending of the product. Please contact us at s[email protected] for further assistance.

How can i track my order?

Packages damaged during shipping?

In the event you discover that a package has sustained damage during transit, kindly consider declining acceptance of the package from the courier, if feasible.
